  • Hot Sauce

I wanted to see if Hot sauce was ok on induction. It is louisiana hot sauce, and it is made with cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, and salt. It has 0 carbs, and 0 sugar. Is it still ok on Induction?

My guess is no to be honest. Can you post the full ingredients listing for us?

        Re: Hot Sauce

LA Hot Sauce and Tabasco are pretty much vinegar, salt, and ground cayenne pepper. The pepper counts as a spice. There are virtually no sugars or carbs, but to be on the safe side during induction, you may want to count your hot sauce as 1 carb of the 20.

If thats the case then go for it.

But as fluffy man said, count it as 1 carb towards your 20. Just to be on the safe side, and dont go overboard on it due to the salt.

Depends on how much you use it, if you drink puddles of the stuff yea, but if you just sprinkle it on your food, in my opinion, I wouldn't count it.
