    I have increased veg as I have been almost alseep at my desk and have no energy I thought this was right thing to do...
    my fat has always been higher than protien and it was just those days protein was high as was proberly trying dif foods as was getting board with what i was having.proteing over last 2 weeks avrages out about 20% and fat is usual 60% and up

    I have been using a 14 day induction book by atkins and cream seems to be fine ??

    I dont know what to do ???

      Im eating when Im hungry at set meal times usually and to be honest i dont usually finish all whats on the plate...excersise has been on and off in past twoo weeks and is only floor exercices inthe past week only about 30 mins each for 3 days

        if fat is averaging 60 and protein 20 then you have way too many carbs at 20% Induction shiould be higher fat 65% and carbs should be 20 net grams not 20%

        Are you taking the recommended supplements? check your reports page of your fitday and see if you are deficient in any thing. There are several things that could do that other then the carbs. Usualy too much blood sugar can make you sleepy.

              okay just scheck you last 4 days and your proteins aren't 20 % according to your fitday like you posted, but your fats are way more then the 60% except for one day which was why I said your carbs had to be 20% to make you total 100%

              but your veggies are very low according to your post you are missing over a cup of the 2 cup veggies every day! those vegies have phytonutrient that are needed to burn fat and give you energy. Ddi you know the carbohydrates listed in the fitday CALS EATEN TODAY section are total carbs not net carbs? your net carbs are under the carbohydrate colum in the list of foods.

              you can tell fitday to track fiber in the goals section and then fiber will appear under the carbohydrates in the cals total thing and you can subtract them to get it too.
