I went out last night with my hubby and some friends and had quite a few drinks (bacardi and diet-low on the carb scale). This morning I checked to see if I was still in ketosis- and I was! Does this make sense? I know it's not induction friendly. But I like the idea that I could go on extended induction and still go out once in awhile without screwing up my state of ketosis. Could this be too good to be true? I only have the book Atkins Essentials which really only deals with the basic concepts of induction. Thanks
