  • This is it, Day 15!!!!!

    Ok, I finished Induction. I did it clean, and it was one of the best decissions I have ever made. I feel great, and I look much better!! My face isn't bloated anymore, my clothes fit better, and I just feel better about myself!! I would also like to say I couldn't have done it without ADBB!! You guys are like my second family, my DH always asks how the 'fam' is doing when I get on my computer .
    I weighed myself this morning, and I lost 2 more pounds!!! That brings my Induction total to 14 pounds!!! This WOL is more and better than I ever could have dreamed.
    If anyone is reading this who is just starting or thinking about starting this WOL, please read the book, stickys, and posts and do what they say!! I can't stress enough how important a clean Induction is. I am living proof, do what these wonderful people tell you, and you will lose weight and feel so much better than you imagine.
    The main part of my diet before this WOL was carbage, in obsene amounts!! If I can do this, trust me you can!
    Thank you everyone here, I can't express how much ADBB means to me.

    ADBB for life!!!!!

              Thank you everyone!!! I will post my fitday, if I can figure it out. I did make it public, but I am not sure how to post a link. Here is a what I ate for breakfast.
              3 egg omlete
              4 strips sugar-free bacon
              2 cheese slices
              1/2 cup mushrooms
              3 large glasses of water so far today

              I keep a bowl of boiled eggs in the fridge for a quick snack, I am usually hungry after working out and don't feel like cooking!
              When I feel like I need something sweet, I have a mock danish (if I have the cheese allowance left).

              I think I will stay on Induction for one more week, and see how I feel. I am not bored with my food choices, and I am a little nervous about OWL. I was reading DANDR last night trying to decide, and I think one more week will be good.

                MAGNIFICENT!! WOW, GIRLFRIEND!! I am so proud of you!!!! Great advice in your post!!! You're a shining example of what happens when you follow the book!!

                Keep it up!!

                Oh and one more thing .. don't fear moving on to OWL .. I know its normal to feel that way, but truly, all 4 phases work .. so when you're ready .. GO FOR IT!

                      Find something that weighs 14 pounds and carry it around with you for a while...it'll blow your mind.
                      Re: OWL...remember that the first rung of OWL is 5 carbs more of veggies...and you can stay on that rung for a while if you like, so it's really not intimidating at all. It's just expanding your horizons.

I do think one more week on Induction, then I will move on to OWL. I do love veggies, so it will be nice to eat more of them. I think I need one more week, just to make sure I am ready.

                              woo hoo for you. You ask enough questions during your 14 days to let us all know you were really trying! Glad you had such a great shrinking time

                              one more week? you know OWL week one is just more of those great induction veggies? and you can start there and sit there a long time before you move to rung 2 if you want.
