It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I have been a little busy but I need to post my results for those who asked about them.
It was a tough 2 weeks but I managed to keep a clean induction. Total weight loss was 21#. Now that I am learning about my CCL my weight loss has slowed but it has not stopped. I am up to 30 carbs so far. with a total of 23# lost.
