Hi Pennie! Hey, I read your fitday journal and noticed a meal was missing. Are you skipping a meal or just spreading out your food into snack sized meals? Are you just not hungry anymore? The reason I am asking is because I am finding that my appetite just doesn't exist too much lately, but I am still eating every 6 hours as recommended by Dr. Atkins. I find it hard to do though when He says to eat until you feel satisfied, but what if your already satisfied and not even hungry!? <anyone else reading this can answer that if they have btw
