Re: Rising to one's feet.
Do you have the book: Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 edition)? We follow Dr. Atkins advise to the letter here. He says to not eat more than 20 gms of carbs per day during the first two weeks of induction. Many days you may end up eating less than 20 gms and that's ok.Originally posted by MisticsWhat if I consume only 15 carbohydrates per day?
What are you doing for exercise?

Firefox takes a moment to load the text box. Wait anywhere from 10-15 seconds for the entire page to load. And I agree with wanna, read the book, drink your water, get lots of exercise. That's the only surefire way to lose weight and get healthy.Female, 21, 5'6"

Re: Rising to one's feet.
Actually, I don't do much sports. I dislike yoga and aerobic, but I like to run for hours. I'm doing stunt man lessons, but that's not a big sport, I guess. Sometimes, I spend my time doing Martial Arts. Probably, I'll go to the gym.
