That's about me. Please, just don't ask why it's an image format.

Well, it's a thing with Mozilla Firefox.
Dunno why, but my computer doesn't allow to paste and I'm just too much lazy,
to write the text again, so, I just pasted it in another program and made as an image.
          Weird, isn't it?

Well you're story sure sounds interesting...not sure if I understand it all but welcome. The amount of weight you will lose will depend on yourself. There are many factors involved.

What if I consume only 15 carbohydrates per day?

Do you have the book: Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 edition)? We follow Dr. Atkins advise to the letter here. He says to not eat more than 20 gms of carbs per day during the first two weeks of induction. Many days you may end up eating less than 20 gms and that's ok.

What are you doing for exercise?

I have the book and I've read it.
                  Exercise? You mean sport?

I mean what kind of physical activity will you be doing? Part of doing Atkins is exercise...and drinking lots of water. Exercise like walking, jogging, running, weight training, aerobic classes....

Firefox takes a moment to load the text box. Wait anywhere from 10-15 seconds for the entire page to load. And I agree with wanna, read the book, drink your water, get lots of exercise. That's the only surefire way to lose weight and get healthy.

Actually, I don't do much sports. I dislike yoga and aerobic, but I like to run for hours. I'm doing stunt man lessons, but that's not a big sport, I guess. Sometimes, I spend my time doing Martial Arts. Probably, I'll go to the gym.
