    That is cool,Yankee!! I hope I didn't offend you, I would never want to do that to anyone!!! I just didn't know if you knew. If that works for you, that is wonderful!!

    Ciaobella, good for you on cutting down. I have zero willpower, so I had to give up coffee. I did cut down for a few days till I felt strong enough to stop drinking it. You are doing great, and I love reading your posts!! Good job staying strong while your friends ate that food!!!
    What would we do without it?

          You didn't offend me at all. The spirit in which the info was offered was apparent! Sometimes it's those little things that screw us up - like not knowing about carbs in coffee. I was so shocked when I saw that and then wondered how I could not have known. I look at labels every day and it never occurred to me to look at the label on my coffee can. Go figure!

              I love coffee, but it's been just about a week since I last had any. I love the smell, but I know i was drinking too much. i can't see drinking decaf, so I think i will try some decaf herbal tea when I get through induction. Right now, I'm sticking to water only. I think I can do tea.

                only 3 cups the last few days...wooo hooo
