Wow! I made it through the weekend with out giving in to temptation. Surprisingly, it was not as difficult as I expected. To help you guys understand, the weekends are usually the only times that I would indulge in such goodies as Pizza, Chocolate, Chips, Cheese Steak subs, etc. At any rate, I stood my ground, stayed the course, and am now enjoying day 7 of a clean induction. I realize now that it's no longer a matter of wanting to take some of this weight off. I'm gonna take this weight off!
My reward: I was going to save this until the end of induction, but my curiosity got the best of me. I decided to step on a scale this morning. I couldn't help it. I feel so much better and so much lighter, so I just had to investigate. I'm glad I did. I have lost 10lbs in 7 days. I started at 328, and I am now down to 318. That's just insane!
