    Way to go.......keep in up.Just stay off the scale til your done your second week.I made that mistake and gained during the week and freaked out.........so its worth it to wait.Good luck.

        Thanks guys! Yeah, the scale is packed away. I will not be getting on the scale again until I do my day 15 weigh in. I really have no desire to hop back on the scale until then. I did this weekend because I was curious after just starting the diet. But as you can see by the results, I more then satisfied my curiosity. Besides I don't want to watch it come off pund by pound. I would rather do a weigh in once every week or two and hopefully see a better loss.
