    Finished 14 day Induction-Lost Weight

I had my 14 day weigh in today and the finally number is....

I lost 8 lbs!!! I am very happy with my weight loss, as I am on meds for low thyroid and depression, so I think my weight loss is good for me.

I also lost 9.25 inches. Yes, I even measured 3 times to make sure..lol. I lost 3.5 inches in just my waist. I am amazed at the inches that are coming off.

I did a totally clean induction and worked out at least 10-12 days. I was lucky I had no headaches or flu like symptons. I am going to stay on extended induction for awhile longer, due to the weight I need to lose.

I want to thank everyone on this site, the support and inspiration that I read everyday really helps me!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
