    You really should read the stickys, you can't have peanut butter on Induction. Please, read the stickys, your weight loss will go much better if you do.
    What would we do without it?

      hey jjs! homebound? are you injured? just wondering. The first few days you will feel kind of strange to be sure. Then in a couple more you'll have to force yourself to eat because you wont even be hungry. good luck to you!!

        are you eating pnut butter on a regular basis?? That might be your problem. There are alot of people who, if they eat one peanut, they get ravenous. It's called a "trigger food", thats another one of those things that you'll be trying to identify to yourself over the course of OWL (on-going weight loss phase).

        During induction you really need to follow the rules. This sets the stage for what comes after (OWL) where you will begin testing your body with other foods to see what your tolerance is to each of them. I won't get too into it, because right now you just need to take the baby steps. Read the rules of induction, and do it for two weeks exactly as it says...and you'll do FANTASTIC. Then you'll move into OWL where the fun begins! By then, you'll be feelin great, you'll have lots of energy, and you won't have hunger!

          On Atkins you never need to feel guilty again. Just keep eating healthy food. And don't forget the veggies. I like to space them through the day and have some at every meal. Make sure you have a taste of butter, meat fat and/or chicken skin everyday. It gives your brain a signal that you are eating well and it is safe to start releasing the fat stores.

          I promise you, if you allow yourself to eat healthy and
          stay full everyday the Atkins way, you will find success!

          Atkins - Eat in abundance, never go hungry
          Low fat - Never eat fat, keep body in starvation mode

          Atkins - No guilt
          Low fat - Guilt over every bite...

          Atkins - Embrace your abundant nature!
          Low fat - Berate yourself
