    Well, gang, I did it! And I feel great. I can't believe how fast the fat in belly seems to completely MELT away!

    Woohooo!

    Be sure to re-read the OWL Chapters in the book and read the sticky threads in the OWL Forum.

    Just remember, the first food you reintroduce is 5 net carbs of the Induction veggies.

        Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
        spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous

          I was going to stay on extended induction, but I do want to get to my CCL before I lose all the weight, so, I decided to move on. Plus by having more veggies my mom won't look at me weird during my brother's wedding. I have to ask him what is on the buffet again...I may have to make my own dinner in the hotel room!!

            That is awesome!! Good for you, you will just love OWL!! I have really enjoyed it, and I have still lost weight and inches!!! Go for it!!!
            What would we do without it?
