I am again, starting over with Atkins and I found this website that is awesome. It helps you monitor your food intake, carb intake, fat intake, exorcise, water...it's awesome, and it's really helped me stick to the induction this time around.

I've used fitday.com and I just like myfitnesspal.com better...as for price, well I think that 21 dollars for three months is not a lot of money when I think of money that is spent on BS...7 dollars a month won't have me homeless. So for me, it's a very good tool. Like everything, that's my opinion and I was sharing...
