  • Week 1 Of Induction

    Hello All,

I am just very happy that I have completed one week as of yesterday. And much to my surprise, I have lost 16.5 lbs. I have noticed in my legs, but that's about it. I'm still motivated and ready to roll.

I thank all of you that have been supporting me.....it's been a great help.....

    Woohoooooooo!

That's really fantastic. Is this the first time you've tried Atkins?

          Bilowi,

No, I've done Atkins before but never followed through. But this is the first time I've had this much weight to lose.
