            Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

We had a delicious stirfry made of leftovers from the last few days' dinners.
Cooked cabbage, chopped spring onions (green onions), strips of cooked chicken breast, one lamb/mint sausage diced plus strips of a thin omelette stir-fried in a wok in sesame oil and chinese 5-spice powder
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

              Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Steaks on the grill!!! I am also making yellow squash cooked with butter, and maybe some turnips thrown in. Lunch was salami and cheese on Atkins Revolution Rolls and a low carb yogurt. I just tried those things this week, and so yummy!! Oh, I try to keep salami to once a week, its high in sodium and junk, but its one of my favorites.
What would we do without it?

LC Teriyaki Marinated chicken breast on the BBQ with a salad. It's still rainey and gloomy looking over here in Spanaway, WA, but it is just never to early to bust out the BBQ
