  • Feeling energetic and bouncy?

    I'm doing this for the second time and i just started yesterday. Now the first time i did this WOE i got that feeling of increased energy and bouncyness around day 4 of induction. Now i'm feeling it on day 2 is this normal the second time around?



    Male 22 years old

    Start Weight: 289
    Current Weight: 238
    Start date 28/01/07 (i'm English so this is how we write the date)

    I'm a second time arounder.

      I had it the first time around. I'm upset that I'm not having it the second time around :-/

      I think it might be that I'm trying to kick a cold and that I was doing more aerobics at the time.

      My current plan is to join the gym and do more aerobics which should kick in once I ditch this cold

      My biggest thing was that I would wake up after 5 hours of sleep feeling GREAT! .. For a guy like me who always had sleep issues this was a godsend!

        when i get that feeling i know its when my body has gone into ketosis.

        how fast your body gets there depends on how you diet was prior to starting. sometimes it take me 2 days but when i fall off and eat crap it take 4 (havnt done that in a long time)
