    Re: herbal tea

Herbal teas are okay, provided they fit herbal tea criteria in the Induction Acceptable Foods list.

Remember too, these teas do not count towards the daily water requirement.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Why bother with tea when you can have decaf with a yummy tablespoon of heavy whipping cream? Its one of my favorite treats.

I've never liked tea. It always has a bitter aftertaste.
