Most people dont add milk. It can curdle. You can use a few drops of water to get fluffier eggs. If you are a die hard milk user add a little cream

My omelets come out fine with no milk, but i suppose heavy cream diluted would work.

If you're using a nonstick pan. I add 2 tsps of mayo to 2x eggs.. mix and scramble.. comes out great..

              Re: Help with breakfast

In my junior high home economics class, our teacher taught us to make scrambled eggs with milk. Then I was reading our Home Ec textbook and it said don't add milk, add water. Sooooo.....I guess it's preference. But scrambled eggs and omelettes do fine without the addition of milk or even water, imo.

Really old nutrition book in my boss's office says that milk was added in order to boost the nutritional content of a food. I guess if you were malnourished, an extra tablespoon of milk here or there wouldn't hurt you.

I add half a tablespoon of water per egg, but I make mine in the microwave so I'm not sure if there's a difference.

I don't use milk either. Just plain ole beaten eggs.
