It's also wise to remember that it not all about the scales and measuring tape.
The exercise is doing your heart, lungs and everything else internally a world of good (except any fat.. which is probably in panic mode right now, knowing your so commited ).
Muscle burns calories more efficiently anyhow, so some gains in muscle now will no doubt help in the final stretch.

thanks again, even if I dont lose the 10 pounds, I think I will go thru the whole atkins experience (for me is like a game, see if I can win, by losing)
It might sound weird, but I dont think I will stop exercising, for me is like an addiction. I cant leave it, it keeps me happy, very happy. I feel so happy when I finish and take my shower...it feels like I accomplished something
Had to respond here and I bolded and underlined the KEY phrase you used! DO THE WHOLE PROGRAM! It is not all about induction! You have a small amount to lose compared to alot of us when we started (does mean it is any easier for you either!). DO THE ENTIRE PLAN.........ALL PHASES. By the time you move into Maintenance you should be a much happier and healthier ATkineer!

ATKINS IS NOT INDUCTION! I honestly believe that is why Atkins has the rep of being "unhealthy". It is so important to move into OWL and work the ENTIRE plan. That is where the changing your WOE for life comes in. It all becomes a way of life and by the time you have climbed the rungs this WOE is so doable! ok, leaves soap box and moves on.
oh wait........ one more thing. If your not exercising then your not doing the program!
