Begin your clean induction - Step 2
Near the end of your clean induction (mine is tomorrow) find out how much you've lost - Step 3
Now go find some objects that are close to that weight.
I used milk bottles filled with water, i also weighed them while my fiance was in the shower.. her response:
"BRENDON ARE YOU !!!
!! NUTS!??"
Which is fair.. since it was during her shower and she kept wondering where the water pressure was going only to open the shower curtain to see me with 3 x 3litres milk bottles filled with water on the scales... my response?
"Yep!!, now this really puts it in perspective doesn't it!!" i say with 19 pound of milk bottles in my hands!
