Oh sorry have cked back on this post for awhile I beat 2 eggs about 3 tablespoons of butter to about 6 tsp of cocoa powder adjust according to your own taste 1 to 2 teasp of protein powder to thicken a bit add some splenda till sweet enough for you (sorry I never actually measure all this) add some crushed pork rinds to thicken I dont use them but Im sure you can oven on 350 for 6 min take out when toothpick inserted in the outside comes out clean but gooey on the inside this is just my own adapted version from atkins book for chocolate molten lava cakes I only changed bake mix to protein powder and the choc baking squares to cocoa powder sometimes I put a couple tsp sour cream or couple teaspoons of heavy cream makes em creamier just play with recipie
also I do a version with sugar free jello like straw banana without the chocolate and butter added to the recipie I would imagine you shouldnt eat many
