Good morning all,
I am sooo angry at my self ! I started Atkins on 5/7 at 160 and by 5/17 I was down to 153.5 ,but all of a sudden I couldn't do it anymore and in just 4 days I went up again to 160...I am really upset and sad that I couldn't do this , I really really want to loose but I dont know why I gave up so easy...I dont know if I can do this ... Please help me
I am Hispanic so I am always cooking up mexican food for my family and it is so hard to eat Mexican and no cabs... arhhhhhhhhh I can just slap myself!

. But, I just try to nibble and eat the things that I know are OK, and exercise! I try to walk everywhere or ride my bike all over town (if any of you are familiar w/living in Japan or a city where this is favorable over driving you will understand) Drink a looooot of water and put it behind me. So, I hope you aren`t beating yourself up too much over it.
