Read the atkins books again. He tells you to try magneseum, calcium, and potasium supplements to help restless painfull leggs.

        hahaha. The hose.

That's a good idea to keep the water handy. I've been keeping a big juice bottle filled with my water on top of the fridge and going at it whenever I happen to pass by it. (The bathroom is right beyond the fridge and with all the water--well...you can guess how frequently I've been getting sips from it. )

I'll have to try getting another empty juice bottle and keeping it with me where ever I plop. Before I know it, I'll be well over 100 ounces a day.

<--me from now on. I just got reminded of that fiber commercial where the woman spent her whole day just eating veggies. Ever see that one? She woke up eating broccoli and was on her treadmill chomping carrots. That's gonna be me with the water from now on!

When I'mwatering the yard, I do drink from the hose, water-fountain style.

Yea, I remember that... it was like ridiculous!

            Re: heartburn and sore muscles

I keep a sports-top bottle beside me whan I am online and take a swig every time I am waiting for the next page to reload. Before long I have to fill it again and sometimes I get through a couple of litres in the evening.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Yikes--you must be a patient woman! I've been keeping the water bottle with me where ever I go today and it seems to be working. I've finished the 64 oz mark and am almost halfway through my second 64 oz bottle (and it's only 7 pm here) I'm hoping I can finish it before the evening ends.

                Re: heartburn and sore muscles

Take 2 Axid for the heartburn and it will probably go away for good. Sounds like you might have a sensitivity to eggs as well. Try some Betaine HCL with enzymes in it after each meal and see if this helps. 2 tabs will do.

Regarding the "soreness" in the legs. Take 2 tabs of Potassium and take some Magnesium to see if this goes away.

Please only do these things with approval from your doctor if you are on medications of any kind.
