    I use Ken's Italian Dressing and Marinade for my salads. It has 1 carb per 2 T, but there is no sugar listed (unless posted under something else). It has a strong enough flavor to only need the 2 T. I usually have 1.5 c salad for lunch and there is always plenty of dressing left at the bottom of the bowl.

    Here are the ingredients: Vegetable oil, vinegar, water, salt, contains 2% or less of: Garlic, monosodium glutamate, onion, polysorbate 60, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, xanthan gum, calcium disodium, beta carotene.

    Week 1 (6/21-6/27)
    1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water daily
    2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
    3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
    4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
    5. Take a before picture of myself

      Now I must say, when i say I put vinegar on everything I mean...

      when you finish your meal, your plate is swimming in vinegar. So much, that you have it carry it very carefully and slowly to the kitchen cos you'll spill it.
