I'm writing down every bite I eat... it helps a lot. So I just plugged into Fitday what I plan on having today, every ingredient even in the casserole I made from the recipe forum - crustless bacon cheeseburger quiche... which is great!
It comes out 64% fat / 34 % protein / 3 % carbs. That seems to pretty much on track, doesn't it?
