if it will make you better, i will tell you my story. i also lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks and now i am in my 4th week .i have lost a total of 6 pounds.it will also depend if you have less to loose it will take time . so dont be discouragesd. keep it up. i am also going on vacation to florida on june 29th . will try and keep it up . but the walking in disneyworld will kin d of makeup for the excercises i am sure
