I have cheated on induction a couple times (still have lost about 9 lbs though from the time being on the diet and working out) anyways.. I am starting again on friday... and i went and actualy bought the groceries so i can eat at home
let me tell you what I got
Hot dogs, Eggs, Bacon, Hamburger, Frozen Chicken Breasts, low carb rague alfredo sauce, and 0 carb ceaser salad dressing.
Any of that sound like it might be bad for atkins?
I am also running 30 minutes each day on a elliptical machine and working with weights for about 20 minutes..
Is this good?
Will i see results?
any other good low card or no carb sauces?
