Oh, and if you're feeling hungry after just eating your salad, it's because you need something 'heavier' like protein
One thing I learned years and years ago on weight watchers is that hot meals satisfy hunger better than cold meals (i.e. salads) so maybe you could make a soup to go with your salad...or have a cup of beef or chicken broth with your cheese stick for a snack.

You really should eat when you are hungry, that's what I learned because I wasn't eating enough and was starving but now even if it's 11 P.M. I'll eat something until I am satisfied so don't be scared to do the same. Again good luck to you on your journey
