    Re: End of day 2

Oh, and if you're feeling hungry after just eating your salad, it's because you need something 'heavier' like protein

One thing I learned years and years ago on weight watchers is that hot meals satisfy hunger better than cold meals (i.e. salads) so maybe you could make a soup to go with your salad...or have a cup of beef or chicken broth with your cheese stick for a snack.

Hey there! Good luck to you, I know you can do it! I had a horrible headache and was really nauseated but after the third day of induction I felt great and you will too You really should eat when you are hungry, that's what I learned because I wasn't eating enough and was starving but now even if it's 11 P.M. I'll eat something until I am satisfied so don't be scared to do the same. Again good luck to you on your journey

Keep going, no matter what. The cravings will diminish, and if you are hungry, please eat. Be sure to include fish in your menus. And learn how to make the mock danish for those times you crave sweets.

Please read all the stickys at the top of this forum. Some good information there.

BethAnn, don't forget to measure yourself. Sometimes we seem to have hesitations in our weight loss and its great moral to see the inches melting away.
