    9 POUNDS DOWN!

    woop woop!

    I started working out today.. I need advice..
    I did atkins before my pregnancy..and lost 80 pounds in only 14 weeks..
    My skin got sooo loose tho on my arms n tummy..even tho i worked out about 2-3 hours a day
    I dont want this to happen again..anyone have super firming excerice they do?
    Start weight / may 2004-238
    reached my goal august 2004 - 165

    After 2 pregnancy..
    Start weight- 243

    I really do not have much advice on the exercise... but I just wanted to tell you what a great job you are doing
    I been doing about 100 crunches every night since I started atkins LOL.. so not sure how is working out yet since I am on day #4

      The key is losing a little slower so your skin has a chance to shrink. Also, do a search on brushing, I have been doing that and my skin is drawing up very nice. A good lotion is a plus as well. Congrats on the lose...Good job!
