Hi Everyone! I'm brand new to this and don't want to blow it, but I'm worried I may have already! In one of the Atkins books it mentions that blue cheese salad dressing (2 tbsp) should be counted as 2.5 net carbs, however, the dressing I have has 0 carbs in it. How should I count this? Also, I know that to find the net carbs in any product, you should take the total carbs and subtract the grams of fiber from it to get the net. However, I grabbed an Atkins Advantage bar yesterday and happened to notice that the total carbs said 18 g and the fiber showed 4 g, so doing the math, that should be 14 net carbs (OUCH) versus the 3 net carbs it says on the front of the box. What am I missing??
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
