  • I need advice please, is my day 4, and...

    Hi friends! my name is Giselle and is my day 4 in the diet but I haven't seen any changes in me, no head aches no dizziness. I'm just eating meet and half a cup of lettuce 3 times a day, and taking calcium and omega 3,6,9. occasionally I have a cup of diet decaf seven up(splenda) to satisfy my sweet tooth.

    I alredy order the book, but haven't got it yet. I also got the ketostrips but no pink or purple color yet. I've read a lot in the forums and it seems that ketosis mostly starts at the second or third day. Should I be concern? I need advice because is getting on my nerves.

    Other concern of mine is...what happens with your breast? this diet burns fat and as you know our breast is mostly fat. somebody told me that your breast get saggy and horrible with this diet...is that true? and if it is...what can I use to prevent this event...

    I still like my breasts. So does my boyfriend. and the one before that, and before that and before that. If you're really concerned about them, try doing some chest exercises with weight. They usually get smaller (as they would if you lost weight with any diet program).

      You aren't eating enough veggies, and you need also to eat things with fat. Read the stickys for induction. You should have 3 cups vegetables from the lists provided, for 5 % of you menu - 20 g of carbs, plus 65% of you menu as fats, and 30% as protein. Excess protein converts to carbs, so if you eat too much you may not get ketosis. You won't necessarily get color change on strips when you are in ketosis, as your body may use all it produces and keep from spilling them in your pee.

      The breasts... well, all I can say is a good bra does wonders.

          I agree: don't limit yourself to lettuce. There are 54 vegetables on the foods list you can eat.

          As for breasts....if you're worried about losing cup size, I haven't lost cup size at all. And quite frankly, I wish I have lost a cup size because I look absurd!

            I'm not worry about losing a cup size, is all about the "firmness" (does that word exist? english is not my 1rst language, jejeje)

                  I asked this today to one of the trainner at the gym... and he said that they will get smaller, but not in a drastic or viewable way... they'll just reduce in the same proportion as your body will, no it's really something that wont be noticed... when your waist line appears, your breasts will get more attention, because you'll have beautiful curves... lol.. (that's what he said!)

                  And I think firmness has more to do with gravity laws rather than weight loss... lol

                  So what's your native language Gi?
