    You still need more veggies. Not eating enough veggies can backfire on you. You should also spread out the veggies during the day. I don't usually eat veggies with my breakfast (although you could throw some green peppers or mushrooms in with your eggs) but I always have veggies with lunch and dinner. They help keep your energy up, add variety, keep you feeling full and keep things "running smoothly" (if you know what I mean). Veggies and tons of water are key elements. Keep up the good work!

      OK it is the third day and i am going to eat 2 chicken breasts for breakfast with some spinich, a cup. and for lunch eggs and for dinner a steak and 2 cups of lettuce and 2 motzerella cheese sticks. i checked this morning and iam not in ketosis. does this mean i am doing something wrong????

        but usually on the weekend i get up real late around 10:30. should i get up earlier just to eat something in the morning???
