You still need more veggies. Not eating enough veggies can backfire on you. You should also spread out the veggies during the day. I don't usually eat veggies with my breakfast (although you could throw some green peppers or mushrooms in with your eggs) but I always have veggies with lunch and dinner. They help keep your energy up, add variety, keep you feeling full and keep things "running smoothly" (if you know what I mean). Veggies and tons of water are key elements. Keep up the good work!
