Okay, this may be a little bit of a rant
...but I truly want to help people out here too. I keep reading post after post after post, this week especially it seems, about everyone eating their bacon and eggs and not losing weight. Or, maybe eating their eggs and bacon and then saying how it's not sustainable. Or, maybe gaining weight eating their bacon and eggs.
News flash folks, Atkins is NOT about bacon and eggs. In fact, if I have bacon and eggs once a week I'd be surprised. You could do Atkins and NEVER eat bacon and eggs.
Please read the book...(and whether you own up to things in public on this board, at least own up to it with yourself)....Just because you own the book doesn't necessarily mean that you READ the book. Please read it in it's entirety and then go back and study it often. There is a miracle in the pages of that book, just waiting for you to discover it!!!

Look around this site (especially the stickies) to get the information on what Atkins really is all about...and then go read the book. LOL
Are you eating your vegetable requirement? Did you even realize that there IS a vegetable requirement?
Are you limiting your cheese to only 3 or 4 ounces a day?
Are you drinking your water, 64 oz minimum plus another 8 ounces for every 25 lbs you want to lose?
