does anyone know if this root vegetable is induction friendly? i do know that it is low in carbs, it is also not popular in north america- but here in europe it is and i would like to try it, thanks.
so i just deep fried thin slices of this vegetable in olive oil and added s and p. it was really good, don't know if i can describe it, not like a potato, not really sure. but it had a slightly sweet taste to it which was nice with the salt and pepper. it was a nice change anyway, give it a whirl!
