      Leah - why tomorrow? If you can eat a clean lunch, you can eat a clean dinner. Maybe you should pack up some snacks so you have them wherever you are. I think there was a post that said you give in to hunger, so if you're hungry, eat, just not high-carb foods. Anyway, if you want a daily kick in the butt, you can always PM me your email and I'll annoy you bright and early. I think you just need to be able to take the first step, but keep in mind that even if you eat something with high carbs for breakfast, it doesn't have to be that you eat high carbs the rest of the day. I started this WOE this time around Midweek at Dinner. I said to myself "me, that's quite enuff carbing and quite enuff of this being fat" and stopped eating them. You don't need to have a specific date or time of day to cut them, just make the first move and do it.

        Right on, Lyssie!!

        Actually, Leah, I keep a package of mozzarella or cheddar cheese sticks, in a convenient 1 ounce size, in the fridge at work. I always know I have a safe snack if I get the munchies.

        I think I've discovered part of my problem. I need to eat ONLY at the table -- not in front of the TV, in bed reading, in the car, etc. ONLY AT THE TABLE . . . like a frippin' grown-up!! If I'm doing something else, I will eat so fast and feel like I've eaten nothing and move into the kitchen to scrounge for more! No more . . . only at a table with a plate and silverware and everything!

          You havent got a **** of alot to lose, about the same as me from the look of it, I want to ideally get down 120 but it seems very hard to visualise. And I dont feel that huge at this weight, just want to look better and fit in my motorbike leathers i bought when i was a stone lighter.
          I have lost 1lb since i started on weds. Not alot i know compared to some but then i never ever lost alot of weight fast when I stuck to other diets either. At least Ive started a downward trend.
          So Come on Leah is today the day? Do you need a kick up the bum, nice incentive, some fattist abuse, someone to email or messenger you a couple of times a day, cause I'm your girl I could do with some support too. or are you not sure you want to do it at all? Tommorow never really comes does it

            I would love to participate in this challenge with u all.. i am working on loosing weight and was hoping for 30 pounds by the end of december.. i have to say i am addicted to the scale though.. i have to look at that in the morning before anything.. i have been eating under my 20 carbs and drinking my water.. if there are any suggestions on convenient little snacks please let me know...

              Ok so Leah here is pleading for help. How pathetic does that sound!!!!!!!!!! I have yet to do this, I want to do this and I started this morning with damn CANDY! Lunch will be the start. I am realyl sick of myself saying that! Let's do this lets get 10lbs off by christmas! Join me all. I know the one this I have to do is come in ehre everyday and post how I am doing! Thank you all! You all are the best!

                  Hows it going so far?
                  throw the candy out if there is any left, put vinigar over it in the bin just in case of failing will power. eat a huge chunk of cheese if you find yourself in front of the fridge and dont know why your there.
