I weighed myself of course an hour and a half earlier than normal and I'm up 1.5 lbs. from last Wed. I haven't had much veggies at all. I've been focusing more on Protein. BUT I have been drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day plus some. Can someone help me here?? My menu is basically an omelet in the morn. w/bell peppers, onions and pepperoni. My lunch I've been skipping a lot this past week b/c I've been so busy at the time either gone from the house or like yesterday I just wouldn't stop to eat. For dinner I'll have some kind of meat w/salad that has tomatoes, onion and Bell peppers cut up but that hasn't been for a while that I've had that. And I will have cheese everyday (about 4 slices of hard cheese).
