Well I have lost 5 lbs since I started and feel pretty good except for the fact that I cheated on day 6
( ate way too late at night and way too much) and gained back 2 lbs( I would have been at 171 today). Sigh! So much for the motivation. Anyway I am human. I bought a mirror at the bottom of my stairs. It is long and shows my whole figure. So I look at it everyday to give myself some more motivation. So let me say I am starting over on Day 7. I am back to Day 1.
It is Day 1 for me and here I am with a clean slate. Mon-Thurs exercise still going! 40-60 mins cardio.
