Leah - can you work out what went wrong today? did you start out eating induction and 'slip up' and eat something off-plan?
sometimes it can help you find strategies for staying on-plan if you check out the 'W's - (what, why, when, where,who with) and see what exactly triggered you into it.
For example did you go without eating for over the 6 hours limit and just grab anything? Were you eating with certain friends/family members who made you embarrassed by your food choices? Did you eat in a particular restaurant renowned for your favourite high-carb or sugary foods?
Once you know what made you eat off-plan you can plan ways of avoiding or counteracting these situations.

Princess Leah, I noticed you are starting tae bo.. YAY! I'm so excited to see others doing it. I have been doing tae bo on and off for the last year or so now.It's incredible!! You talk about a full body toner.. I still love the basic tae bo, but Tae bo II contact is an awesome one, as well.
Other than that, CONGRATS on starting now.. remember this a lifestyle change, not a diet! Mentally, get ready.. We can do it!! Sara~
