    Hey cola I popped my head into the induction forum and came across this thread. I am also doing induction, but this is like my 4th time. Anyway I just wanted to wish you the best and I will be watching your progress as we are at the same weight and have the same goal weight! Best of luck to you. You can do this!

      Thanks Laura, although from your pic it doesn't look like you need to lose any weight! Well another day down..... on to Day 5, only 9 more days to go!! Yay!

        Thanks Cola. That picture just came out really well. I really should take another today before I start losing all kinds of weight, one from the front! Anyway You are doing fantastic! Keep up the great work. What do your meals look like for today???

          ....no expert but something I thought I would add. You may not be able to tell a difference by Christmas physically, but you should definitely feel changes mentally and emotionally about your body. I started November 1, and am just know starting to get really noticeable physical changes....Just adding this in so you don't get discouraged if no one notices your new way of eating and success right away.             Dont 4get to drink at least 2 litres of water a day!


            26 yr 5'2 F
            Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
            On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
            Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
            Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

              I used to get weak spells when I don't eat enough veggies. Sounds like maybe your blood sugar is dropping and that may be the reason you're getting the weak spells.

              Also, like everyone else said...get your water in. That's very important.

                Hang in there Cola...you can do it and you will be so amazingly proud of yourself after the two weeks is over!

                You will also find that every time you pass something up that you shouldn't have, you will have an amazing feeling of accomplishment...at least that's the way it's worked for me. And eventually, it just becomes second nature to pass those things up.

                  Cola - I think your doing a fantastic job! Each day gets alittle easier. I am on my 7th weak of induction and hardley have any cravings at all. To me they were mostley mental anyway. haha Good Luck and I look forward to seeing your loss.
