    Tonight I had lamb chop, a mixed greens salad with Greek Viniagrette, and a couple slices of tomato. Very satisfying.

      I decided on a ground turkey burger, spiced up with garlic and Old Bay seasoning. To have a real sandwich, I used lettuce leaves for the "bread".

      And those roasted green beans? I was suspicious, but they are wonderful!

        Higgies...I HAVE to try that SOON! It sounds awesome! Lamb is one of my favs as well. Im so glad this thread is going, such great ideas. Usually its burgers or something ike that everyday. Thanks a bunch!!

          It turned out REALLY well. I thought I'd be able to eat two chicken breasts, but it turned out very filling and only had one. It was REALLY tasty. Take her suggestion though and bake it a little longer and finish it off with a broiling.

            Mmmm anything with cream cheese will always turn out good.

            I had some alaskan king crab with melted butter and old bay seasoning, a few slices of jicama and the last of a yellow squash casserole I made yesterday. It was delish!

                Just got back from Outback. Had a New York Strip steak, with a side of Broccoli and a hosue salad minus the croutons and tomatoes. Good stuff though I had to leave most of the broccoli as they give you like half a plate worth.

                  Grant, IMO no one ever got fat from eating broccoli

                  AND I see NOTHING wrong with eating a portion of broccoli like that (if you are truly hungry) on rung 1 of OWL. Gotta love Atkins!~

                      Sorry youre not feeling good not2late. Hope you are feeling better soon!! Tonight I am making Pork ribs with peperoncinis in the crock. usualy I make a roat, but I wanted pork lol. Poor chicken will have to wait another day lol.
