I'm a second timer to Atkins, did it about 3 years ago for 3 weeks and lost 26 pounds. Then my girlfriend brought home some cheesecake from her moms house from Thanks Giving. I couldn't resist the temptation, and ate almost a full cheese cake in a matter of minutes and said, well I screwed up, i'm just going off it.
This time around I know better than to do something stupid like that, i've been very good at resisting stuff this time, it doesn't bother at all. This time around I have even been exercising. Got a membership at a gym about a week ago and havn't missed a day yet!
2 weeks today, Started in at 347 pounds, and weighed in this morning at 324. Thats 23 pounds in 14 days! I know its mostly water weight but I feel 54789543% better than I did when I started it. I couldnt even do a full shopping trip cause it just wore me out, it was like going to work for 8 hours and busting butt the whole time, now it doesn't bother much. I still have a long way to go, and I cant wait! I have been taking some pics of progress and when I get down to a lot more I will be sure to post them. Good luck everyone and thanks!
