Not for induction - stick to plain cream till you are at the dairy level/rung of the next phase of Atkins - Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL)
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Besides that, Heavy cream tastes soooo much better in coffee. You won't ever want the milk/cream stuff again!

        Re: coffee cream

I agree heavy cream would be delicious, but I wonder if I am having the wrong one now that I've read pdueck's thread...... mine says ingredients are -

Pasteurised Cream (minimum 35% Milk Fat), Gelatine.

        Is this cream okay?

On that note, many brands of heavy whipping cream are listed at 1 gram of carbohydrate per serving, so of course I always go for the one that lists zero. While I'm aware of the rather lenient USDA laws when it comes to carb counts ... it's just a mental thing for me.
