    Splenda

    I know that Splenda is on the 'okay list' but I've heard several places it being said that it's best to stay away from it as well during induction. Can I use Splenda?

    you can have splenda on induction. (page 128 of your DANDR)
    limit your sweetner, whichever one you choose from those listed on that page, to 3 packets daily. (page 144)

    remember to count each packet as 1 carb in your daily count.
