ive been weightlifitng.. should i stop? or keep it up during induction? doing no cardio though.

I think that everyone is different. I find that when I go to the gym I don't see any difference on my scale. I'm not quite sure why. But I know that going to the gym, weightlifting, and doing a min. of cardio will help my appearance. Many people say that the exercise is what helps their skin stay tight as they're losing weight...it's up to you though.

I say keep on lifting! Exercise has been so key to me in every aspect of this process! If you are feeling "woozy" from the induction flu, though, allow yourself time to make the changes gradually and take it easy. If you aren't feely that way. GO FOR IT!
