Today is my 5th day of induction. This morning for breakfast i had a mock danish and water. Then I went to church. After church, all of my friends wanted to go to Stone Cold Creamery but i went home instead. (My biggest temptation so far, if you have ever had Cold Stone Creamery then you know what i mean.) Anyway I came home, cut up some cucumbers, made some steak and broccoli. I had a bottle of water and i was fine. Then i had chicken breasts with peppers for dinner with some Fruit20. I tried heavy cream, cream cheese and a pack of splenda beaten together.it was pretty good the first time i had it but today i only ate a few spoonfuls then threw the rest away. At the end of the day my Fitday totals were 711 calories 64% Fat 30% Protein 6% Carbs. When I just looked at it i couldnt believe it. My first thought was that i missed something but I know i didnt. I keep a paper in my pocket where i write down everything. I'm not hungry. It's midnight. I don't feel like eating. I just want to go to sleep but I know that if i get too few calories my body will think that I'm starving it and i dont want that to happen. What should I do???????????
