    Tell me to throw my scale away!

    Please!

    I KNOW I have lost inches.
    I KNOW I have lost 8 pounds in 12 days if induction.
    I KNOW I should not weigh myself everyday.
    I KNOW I am constipated which is not conducive to seeing a weight change.
    I KNOW I am in ketosis.
    I KNOW I am following the book to a T.

    So why can't I stay off that darn scale and stop letting it run my life?

    Any advice?

          I too am addicted to the scale so I feel your pain, my daughter likes to take mine and hide it on me..lol

                  i had my husband take it to work..i was weighing every 2 hours, even when i got up in the middle of the night..i am insane with a scale, and it makes me not eat....good luck with this...it is a hard habit to break...
