    Ok I was bad and decided to sneak on the scales to just see since yesterday I did NO soda which is NEW for me. Im a huge soda drinker normally.

    WELL............ Get this Im down 5 lbs. WOOO HOOOOOO Im so excited....NOW with that said no more weighing myself until the end of two week induction. I want the big suprise at the end of all this hard work.

    Im so excited this is going to be it, Im going to be fit and healthy again. Thanks for all your help ladies and gents, your all the bestest.
    36 year old Female - 5'8
    New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.
    Goal weight 145 lbs
    Mini goal #1-170 lbs - Reached 3/15/2010
    Mini goal #2-165 lbs -

      rofl...I am the same way I can't just NOT...so good luck for the rest of Induction and no scale. I thought of you this morning because I got on the scale like usual and I was up 2 oz and I was like WTH? then I laughed and remembered all the advice you were given yesterday.

      WTG on your progress so far though..that is good news for you.

          Missmel, Your to funny... I plan on getting my husband to hide those darn things if I get tempted to weigh again. I could get myself back into the old crap of being a slave to them.

            Remember to try your best to weigh yourself in very similar clothing w/o shoes, nothing in your pockets etc.

                That's the perfect way to do it. Except my scale is in the kitchen. I think that floor is more level than my 2"x2" tiles in the bathroom.

                  lol..my mom keeps hers in the kitchen too but luckily she lives weigh out in the country so she is able to go in her kitchen and take her robe off and the only one to see her might be the birds. lol

                    I weigh naked as a jay bird! Our scale is in the bathroom, but I still prance around in my birthday suit. Luckily, all of this takes place on the 2nd floor and all of our neighbors only have 1-story houses.

                      OMG you ladies are to funny... Nope, no nakeness here. I only wear a big mens night shirt though. I have a 7 year old son that wonders around and likes to come in on unexpected times.
