    Confused

    So is it okay to eat nuts during induction as long as you are eating a small amount? Like pecans have 1 gram of net carbs in 1/4 of a cup. Is that okay or no?

      As far as I know, nuts are not allowed until OWL. The only things that are allowed are on the acceptable food list for induction.

          Nuts are definitely not allowed on Induction. They can only be introduced on the relevant rung of OWL.

          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
